Our Mission
ARM’s mission is to provide Liberian children with quality, relevant education that empowers them to reach their full potential. By offering access to educational resources, materials, technology, and enriched learning experiences, ARM equips Liberian youth to succeed academically and thrive in the 21st-century global society. This support enables students to break the cycle of poverty within their families. ARM will accomplish its mission through the following programs:
A fully equipped, modern reading room and library that provides students with access to diverse reading resources and digital information.
An innovative Reading and Literacy program integrated throughout the educational curriculum to ensure children build a strong academic foundation for success. This program will help students develop essential reading skills to support their educational and life goals.
A Sports and Recreation program that promotes physical fitness, reduces stress and encourages positive use of leisure time while developing interpersonal skills.
An Arts program that inspires hope and teaches valuable life skills by fostering creativity and building self-confidence. This program provides young people with outlets for self-expression through dance, music, storytelling, and drama.
An after-school academic support program designed to help students overcome academic challenges.
