Per the terms of the agreement, the High School will provide a dedicated space to house the Learning Center while the Foundation will retrofit and equip the space. Parties to the agreement will work together to identify and train staff for the Center. Additionally, both parties agree to identify learning outcomes for project participants and conduct fundraising initiatives to sustain the Learning Center’s operations.
